I hate to start the blog section of my site on a sour note, but as I work in customer servce you get a lot of those. I guess that's a good place to start: I work in customer service. I won't say what in speciffic, aside from that I work in hospitality. Now, moving on.
I had to deal with a "Karen" today. She brought up issues with what we provided her and I tried my best to be helpful but she was having none of it. She was very rude, and (as I've discovered a lot of people do) treated me like a prop. Not a person, really but something to yell at and accuse. Told me I was gonna steal her money and hide what I had done from managment. Okay- sure. I really care enough about you and your situation to do that.
